Here are step-by-step instructions to make caramel macchiato ice cream at your home:
Take a large chilled steel bowl and pour heavy cream in it. With the help of an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks are formed.
Add sweetened condensed milk in the whipped cream and start folding it. Gradually add the strongly brewed cold coffee in the mixture while folding the cream and condensed milk.
Once the ingredients are mixed properly, pour the mixture in an airtight jar. Pour the caramel dessert sauce over the mixture in the jar. Mix the caramel with the heavy cream mixture with the help of a toothpick or the back of the spoon in a swirl motion.
Freeze your ice cream for about 5 to 6 hours or until the consistency of ice cream is attained.
Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop out the ice cream in a bowl or on a waffle cone. Drizzle chocolate syrup before serving.
Enjoy!
