I personally love swirl bars but I also love trying different swirl bar recipes and modifying them according to my own taste. I have tried dozens of different swirl bar recipes but my best experience so far was when I made cappuccino swirl bars while getting some inspiration from the recipe for a cheesecake. I added my little twist in it and I got the perfect and breathtakingly delicious cappuccino swirl bars!

Preheat oven at 345 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Crush the Oreo cookies to form Oreo crumbs.

Take a 13×9-inch pan and line it with foil paper carefully. You have to cover the sides of the pan with foil paper as well, extending out of the sides of the pan.

Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and push it at the bottom of the pan to form a layer of crust.

 Mix the ground coffee in the boiling water until the coffee is dissolved properly. Let to cool.

Take a large bowl, pour in the cream cheese and the sugar. Beat these ingredients with the help of an electric mixer until the sugar is blended in the cream cheese.

Pour coffee and sour cream in the mixture and again mix it.

Now you have to add the eggs, but you have to add one egg at a time while still blending the mixture.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the already prepared pan.

  Melt the dark chocolate and add it over the mixture. With the help of a knife or back of the spoon, mix the chocolate in a swirl motion.

  Place the pan in the oven and bake for around 40 minutes.

  Cool the cappuccino swirl bars in the refrigerator for around 5 hours before serving.
