You can make it yourself, and the most exciting thing is that you can make it without an ice cream machine. However, if you have an ice cream machine, you can use it as well.
The ice cream is so easy to make that you have to combine the ingredients in a bowl and blend using a blender or stand mixer. When you beat the mixture, it will become airy, which is necessary to make the fluffy and creamy ice cream. If you are using the ice cream machine, then you have to put the mixed ingredients in the machine, and the rest will do the machine and freezer.
The coffee sensation that comes in every bite creates an endless love for icecream. The good thing is that you can make the icecream in bunches and store it in the freezer for many days. It means, whenever you feel craving for coffee & caramel ice cream, you can fulfill it by eating just from your fridge. It’s that simple and homemade.

Without Icecream Machine: Make the ice cream without ice cream machine, Mix the milk, sugar, salt, and coffee granules in a large bowl until all sugar dissolves. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until light and fluffy. Fold this cream in the milk coffee mixture. Do not over mix, keeping in mind to create a light and fluffy mixture.
Pour the half of the mixture in a freezing tin. Spread over the caramel sauce and again layer with the remaining ice cream mixture. Freeze in the freezer for 4 hours or preferably overnight. Serve with caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
With Icecream Machine: To make the ice cream using the ice cream machine, stir together the milk, sugar, coffee granules, and salt until sugar dissolved. Fold in the heavy cream and pour this mixture into icecream machine. Process the device according to the manufacturer’s directions.
When the fluffy mix is ready, pour in the freezing tin and layer alternately with caramel sauce until all icecream and caramel sauce is used. Freeze in the freezer for 2 hours or preferably overnight. Serve with caramel sauce and chocolate shavings. Garnish with mint leaves.
You can freeze the ice cream in the freezer for up to one month without any change in taste. Please make sure the fridge doesn’t turn off in this period. Otherwise, once the ice cream melted, refreezing would spoil its fluffiness.
