  • 1 (19.8 ounces) package brownie mix
  • 1 ¾ cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.3 ounce) packages instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed plus extra for layering
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries

Prepare the brownies according to packet instructions. You can also use your recipe for brownies. When cooled, cut them into 1-inch cubes.


To prepare the cream pudding, mix the milk and cream pudding until it starts to thicken. Dissolve the coffee granules in water and stir in the pudding mixture. Mix until well combined. Slowly fold in the whipped cream until the mixture turns creamy and smooth.


To assemble the trifles, take small serving glasses. At the base of each glass place, the chocolate brownie cubes, top with prepared pudding, whipped cream, raspberries, and blackberries.
