These are the decadently rich home-made S’ more bars with marshmallows. The chocolate layer gets sandwiched between the graham cracker and the fluffy marshmallow layer at the top, bringing you the ultimate Coffee S’mores.
If you are not familiar with the S’s, then the first question will arise in your mind after looking at this eye-catching dessert if we consider the general S’ mores. It’s usually a bar of chocolate or ganache sandwiched between a fluffy marshmallow and a graham cracker layer. Here we have added a twist to the general S’ mores, the coffee twist that will enhance the taste of S’s mores and satisfy your need for coffee.
This recipe has three main steps to follow:
In the Graham cracker layer, the crackers are combined with a variety of same family ingredients to give a taste that lasts longer. The Graham crackers are mixed with butter, heavy cream, Nutella, and chocolate.
For Chocolate Ganache, the main flavor will come through coffee and chocolate combined with butter and cream.
Then comes the marshmallows. The soft and fluffy layer is created by melting the marshmallows by using a blow torch, or it can be baked in the oven using the grill for a couple of minutes. It will give the marshmallows a beautiful color and a chewy taste that will flow through your taste buds.
It’s a three-layered dessert. The coffee and chocolate-flavored ganache sandwiched between the graham cracker layer and the fluffy marshmallow layer.

Toppings
Preparation of Graham Cracker layer: To prepare the graham cracker layer, combine the ground graham crackers and the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Press this mixture in a square baking or pie dish. Let it refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
Preparation of Chocolate Ganache: Make the chocolate Ganache, combine the chocolate and butter in a bowl, and set aside. In a saucepan, add coffee grounds, cream and two tablespoons of water. Bring the mixture to boil and stir. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Strain this mixture into butter and chocolate mixture. Stir the mixture until well combined. Pour over the cooled graham cracker layer and smooth at the top. Chill until set and then arrange the mini marshmallows over the ganache layer. Using the blow torch melt the marshmallows until slightly golden at the top. Cut down into squares and garnish with sliced strawberries and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
