Cookies And Cream Cold Brew Coffee Recipe 2 XS 1 Perfect Brew

How to make a cookies and cream cold brew coffee?

To make this specialty, you’ll first need some cold brew coffee. Although there are many ways to make it, I like the ground coffee to water ratio of around 1:8. And I use medium-roast Arabica. 12 hours in the fridge hits the sweet spot for me. Stir every few hours.

Once you have a batch of cold brew, pour yourself a cup and blend it with whole milk, white chocolate sauce and vanilla extract. You’ll get a rich and creamy drink with a buttery mouthfeel and the sweetest coffee flavor! This is not a Cookies and Cream coffee just yet, though.

To finish the drink, crush 2-3 Oreo cookies and mix them with the creamy coffee. This time with a spoon and not the blender to avoid blitzing the cookies!

An airy whipped cream layer is all you need now, and it’s a terrific opportunity to top off your creamy delight with even more crushed cookies.

Substitutions and Variations

Now that you know your cold brew can be the base of a bunch of delicious coffee drinks let’s substitute Oreos with M&Ms for a creamy rainbow coffee and use regular chocolate syrup instead of the white chocolate sauce for a more intense drink.

Remember, cold brew coffee is tasty but milder than regular coffee, so try not overpowering it with other ingredients.

Cold brew is as versatile as any other type of coffee, and in many ways, it’s better. Let’s show cold brew coffee some love! Now I’m sure you’ll always have cold brew around.
