What you’ll need

Since these are walnut brownies, make sure you have some walnuts around and crush them while in a zip-lock until ready to use. It comes without saying you can use any type of nut you want. From pistachios to almonds, everything tastes great in these brownies.

You’ll also need some regular brownie ingredients. Eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder and whatnot. You’ll find the whole list below, but don’t worry, they’re all common ingredients.

The only other significant difference between these brownies and others is using a few tablespoons of instant coffee to the batter. It gives the brownies color, bitterness and a grown-up feel. You’ll absolutely love coffee brownies, and they’ll keep you up all night!

Let’s check out the recipe and get started. These easy coffee walnut brownies aren’t baking themselves! Shall we?
