Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a square 9-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs. Combine thoroughly.
In a second bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder and salt.
Incorporate the dry ingredient mixture into the oil mixture slowly while whisking to form the brownie batter. Fold in the crushed walnuts.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
