There is a reason why I call this smoothie a “perfect” smoothie. This is because it is jam-packed with nutrition. After all, all the ingredients used are super healthy. The best thing about this recipe is that you can customize it as you want. If you want to add a bit more sweetness to it, simply increase the amount of honey. If you want a different flavor, substitute banana for any other fruit you like. You can also add different fruits all at once. It all depends on your choice.
You need a few ingredients to make this smoothie. These ingredients include milk, peanut butter, banana, espresso powder, and honey. You can use any kind of milk you want. If you prefer vegan smoothie, then you can also substitute the milk with almond milk. In this recipe, I used low-fat milk because I prefer low-fat milk in my smoothies.
I also used frozen banana in this recipe. If you don’t want to use frozen banana then you can also use a simple ripe banana but then you’ll have to add around a half cup of ice. To avoid the hassle of using ice, I simply used a frozen banana. Apart from this, I used honey as a sweetener for this smoothie. You can adjust the quantity as you like. I used 1 tablespoon of honey. If you want to use vegan ingredients then you can substitute honey with maple syrup.
Simply toss all the ingredients to a blender and blend. That’s it! Your smoothie is ready!
