Kona Coffee Kahlúa Brownies are one of my favorite kinds of brownies! I love drinking Kahlúa coffee because it has really intensified flavor and I enjoy every sip of it.

I wanted to give a unique touch to usual brownies recipe so I tried my own twist by making Kahlúa brownies using Kona coffee. It actually worked and I loved the flavor, aroma, and taste of my brownies.

I always use Kona coffee for this recipe because it has a lovely aroma and unique taste. But if you don’t have Kona coffee then you can use any other kind of coffee you want.

The only thing that you should keep in mind is to strongly brew the coffee before using it in the recipe.

You can also make these delicious brownies if you are having a grown-up slumber party at your place. Trust me, these brownies are the best thing to have when you just want to Netflix and chill with your friends or family.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees (remember not to use the bottom rack of your oven as it might burn your brownies from the bottom. The best practice is to bake your brownies on the rack one-third up from the bottom).

Take a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (approx.) and Greece with 1 Tbs. of butter.

Take a saucepan and add 1 cup of butter and chopped dark chocolate in it. Turn on the stove on low heat and melt the butter and chocolate together.

Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and leave to cool at room temperature.

With the help of an electric mixer, mix eggs with sugar, Kona coffee, vanilla essence, and salt in a large bowl for at least 5 minutes at high speed.

Once mixed, add the cooled butter and chocolate mixture. Mix the butter and chocolate with the help of the mixer at low speed. In the end, add all-purpose flour and again turn on the mixer until properly mixed.

Combine strongly brewed Kona coffee with Kahlúa in a small bowl and then add it into the batter. Blend with the help of the mixer.

Now your batter is ready! Pour the batter in the butter greased pan.

Place the pan in the preheated oven (remember to place it in the rack one-third up from the bottom). Bake for 35 minutes to get your delicious brownies ready.

  Once the brownies are done, leave them to cool at room temperature.

  Once they are cooled down. Cut accurate squares to serve.

  On the serving plate pour some whipped cream on the top of the brownies and sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on the top before serving.
