Ultimate Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe

For me, it’s a walk through my memory lane. My aunt used to make me caramel coffee whenever I visited her from college. Her enthusiasm for cooking and trying new recipes inspired me very much when I was young, and it still does. As I grew older, I made my own version of caramel coffee which is now known as ultimate caramel iced coffee. Whenever I drink it, it reminds me of my exciting student life and college days.

This coffee is specially made for hot summer days when you need a cool drink to perk up your mood and your spirits as well. Iced coffees are always the best option during summer. You can’t give up on coffee even if the weather is hot. So why not adapt to our situation and beat the heat with flavorful caramel iced coffee.

Caramel is used for flavor as well as for sweetening the coffee. Caramel is just a version of sugar so you don’t need extra sweetener. I won’t recommend it. But if you really want to add extra sweetness then use stevia. It’s used in very small amounts and its way more healthy than normal sugars; brown or white. Stevia has a very a smaller number of calories as compared to regular sugar. I always try to be careful with my ingredients. I try to keep them healthy so that everyone can relate to my recipes and enjoy them. We can still enjoy our favorite foods and drinks even if we have to make some healthy modifications to it.

For this recipe, vegan milk is my choice. I am not a full-time vegan but I try to opt for vegan foods now and then. It tastes good and let’s face it, it helps the environment. I think it’s a win-win situation for us.

This recipe is the simplest. Pour some milk into the coffee and blend well for frothiness.  Prepare your cup with caramel sauce and ice cubes. Slowly pour blended coffee into the cup. Stir well and serve with a freshly baked donut or a croissant. To take the flavor up a notch, add a scoop of caramel ice cream. It will really bring out the taste of caramel in your iced coffee. Caramel is one of my favorite flavors.

Brew the coffee.


Blend coffee and milk together for frothiness.


Prepare the coffee cup with caramel sauce and ice cubes.


Pour coffee into the cup slowly and add a scoop of caramel ice cream.
