In my ultimate low-carb keto sweet iced coffee, I used liquid stevia as an alternative for sugar. Even if you are not on the keto diet, stevia is definitely a better choice. Stevia is sweeter than regular cane sugar. This is why it is used in a very low amount. 2-3 drops of stevia are equivalent to a teaspoon of cane sugar. Moreover, the caloric amount is minimal which is an appealing aspect for people leading a physically fit lifestyle.

Regular non-vegan milk can be used but since its high in carbs, homemade cream or low-carb cream is recommended. I like to use heavy cream because it is low on carbs and high in fats. And additionally, it tastes good with coffee. Their combination is just amazing. As I said, the recipe is simple yet full of taste and freshness.

For the recipe, I brewed and chilled coffee beforehand then added stevia drops to it.  I will urge you to make coffee extra strong because we are using heavy cream (it can dilute the distinct richness of the coffee) but again it’s totally up to your desire. Pour coffee and cream to the blender and blend them well. Serve immediately afterward. You can also use some ice cubes if you want.
