  • 1 tbsp warm water (more if needed)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh ice
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee as a garnish



In a bowl or mug, combine the instant coffee with the sugar and water and whisk until it’s incorporated and foamy for 5-8 minutes.


Stir the vanilla into the milk and pour it into a glass filled with ice. Spoon the coffee foam over the milk.
