White Chocolate Dream Ice Blended Coffee Recipe

Table of Contents

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been crafting fantastic coffee with premium coffee beans since the 1960s, and they’ve done everything right. Today they have their own countertop coffee pod system, and their coffee powders are the easiest way of putting together a coffee shop quality drink at home.

The thing is, we can’t go buying every single powder flavor to have around. If you’re into coffee and are a home barista, you know sometimes you must improvise. Today we’re making our own white chocolate dream ice blended coffee with everyday ingredients, and the result will surprise you.

What you'll need

All ice blended coffee’s start with non-fat milk. It’s healthier and blends beautifully. You also need coffee, but here’s the deal — Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf uses coffee extract, but you can use two espresso capsules. Then there’s the brand’s famous white chocolate powder — we’re using coffee creamer and melted bakers’ white chocolate instead. Can you taste it already?

We’re using a medium-sized saucepan to heat our milk and melt our chocolate. This is the perfect time to add the coffee creamer and the sugar too. You end up with the loveliest white chocolate milk that, after cooling down, you can blend with your coffee and lots of ice for a fantastic drink.

Serve a slice of apple pie with this chocolatey drink or a few chewy almond cookies. It’s lovely with cheesecake too, and if you make a large-enough batch, these blended drinkable treats are the perfect summer beverages for backyard get-togethers.

Creating your signature coffee drinks at home is more than mastering copycat recipes; it’s also about pushing your creative boundaries, trying new techniques and ingredients because coffee is fun! And there are dozens of drinks to try at home, that’s the beauty of it. Let’s head on and see today’s recipe.
